All our international orders will be shipped via DHL Express in 1 to 3 business days from the moment the piece is finalized. We take a 3-6 lead time for production as all our jewelry is individually made, based on your orders. We do hold a very limited stock that can be available, so for rush orders please contact us at hello@miarujewelry.com.

Shipping for local orders is free, delivered in 1-3 days with a local carrier partner.

Our partner for international deliveries is DHL. The shipping fee is 25 EUR for Europe, 30 USD for the US and 40 EUR for the rest of the world. Shipping costs will be displayed in the checkout page.

We are shipping from the European Union. Countries within the EU are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. Shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes based upon the destination country and the items ordered, which are imposed to you once a shipment reaches your country.

For returns you have 30 days to send us your return request and initiate your return. Just drop us an email at hello@miarujewelry.com with your order number and product that you want exchanged or refunded. We will send you all the info needed for the return. The shipping cost and additional duty or other taxes that might incur will be supported by you.
